Salt Creek Acquires Cul-Mac Industries, Inc.

Woodside, California (January 14, 2021) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cul-Mac Industries, Inc. (“Cul-Mac”), a leading chemical blending, filling, and packaging company located in Wayne, Michigan. Established in 1981, Cul-Mac provides a diversified portfolio of high-quality products from branded industrial automotive chemicals to private label household cleaners.
Salt Creek partnered with Mr. Kirk Milling, incoming CEO of Cul-Mac, on the transaction who stated, “Cul-Mac is a market leading company, providing unique chemical solutions to a diverse group of end users.
