Salt Creek Acquires Omni Recycling, LLC

Woodside, California (March 10, 2022) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Omni Recycling, LLC (“Omni”), a leading single stream recycling and waste disposal company.  Headquartered in Pitman, New Jersey, Omni operates a Materials Recovery Facility (“MRF”) serving public municipalities in Central and Southern New Jersey.

Salt Creek Capital is partnering with Kevin Carducci, CEO of Omni, along with the rest of the current team on this transaction.  Mr. Carducci commented, “Omni has a long history of being a best-in-class MRF and providing our local municipalities with single stream recycling services.  Partnering with Salt Creek Capital will allow us to expand our capabilities to better serve those municipalities who rely on us for their recycling needs.  I look forward to working alongside Salt Creek Capital and having a strong partner as Omni continues to grow.”
