Salt Creek Capital Acquires Pacific Coast Feather Cushion Company

Woodside, California (February 6, 2024) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pacific Coast Feather Cushion Company, LLC (“PCF Cushion” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of natural fill cushion insert components to the U.S. upholstered furniture industry. The Company provides highly engineered products including envelopes, solid backs and pillows to leading furniture manufacturers.
Salt Creek Capital is partnering with the CEO, Ms. Cristina Kopecky, who has a tenure of over 24 years with the company.
