Woodside, California (April 21, 2024) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Pacific Shoring, a leading trench safety products manufacturer in the U.S., has acquired EZE Shore, Ltd. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, EZE Shore has been a pioneer in composite shoring since it introduced a revolutionary product to the European market in 2018. EZE Shore’s product is a strong, lightweight, and fully composite shoring system that can be used for trench depths up to 8 ft. Pacific Shoring has also acquired the patent rights in the U.S. and Europe. This acquisition will allow Pacific Shoring to expand its operations to Europe.
