Woodside, California (September 6, 2023) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the successful recapitalization of IT Assist, a leading provider of outsourced technology and IT consulting services, in partnership with the CEO, Mr. Pratik Roychoudhury.
Founded in 2011, IT Assist is the number one franchise operator for TeamLogic IT, the largest franchisor of managed IT services in the U.S. Under Mr. Roychoudhury’s leadership, IT Assist has generated exceptional revenue and profitability growth, attributed to operational improvements, new products and services offerings, investments in sales & marketing resources, and the successful acquisition and integration of the TeamLogic IT franchise in Raleigh, NC. The recapitalization marks a successful liquidity event for investors and will enable IT Assist’s continued growth.
