(“IT Assist”), a leading provider of outsourced technology services and IT consulting to companies, has acquired the TeamLogic IT franchise in Raleigh, NC. TeamLogic IT is a national provider of technology services and solutions for businesses of all kinds. For more than 15 years, companies of all sizes have relied on TeamLogic IT’s services and solutions to address their IT challenges.
Combining these two companies creates some significant benefits in terms of becoming one of the leading providers of managed IT services in the U.S., now with geographic expansion. With this expansion, IT Assist now manages fifteen (15) territories in PA, NJ, and NC.
