Salt Creek Capital Portfolio Company All Metals Industries Acquired Gerber Metal

Woodside, California (November 9, 2022) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, All Metals Industries, Inc. (“AMI”), a leading finisher and distribution of sheets, blanks, coils, plates, and bars of steel, aluminum, and other metals, has acquired Gerber Metal Supply Company (“Gerber”). Founded in 1963, Gerber is a regional niche distributor and processor of a full line of carbon sheet steel products, sheet, strips, blanks, and edge processed material.
Combining these two companies creates significant benefits due to its complementary geographic coverage and synergy potential, such as cross-sourcing efforts and improved competitiveness.
Ms. Heidi Paiva, CEO and Mr. Paul Koza, President of AMI, commented “AMI has a long and proven history of providing high quality steel products with timely delivery to its customers.
