Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Capital Building Maintenance Group, LLC and Capital Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services, Inc. (collectively “Capital Building Maintenance”), a leading provider of commercial window washing, construction clean-up, pressure washing, and floor maintenance in San Francisco and its surrounding metro area. With over 35 years of experience, Capital Building Maintenance is one of the premier service providers to property managers and general contractors in the Bay Area.
