Salt Creek Acquires OP/TECH USA, Inc.

Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of OP/TECH USA, Inc. (“OP/TECH”), a leading consumer products manufacturer of branded and proprietary accessories, slings, straps, and harnesses. Established in 1982, OP/TECH designs, manufactures, and distributes a diversified portfolio of products, including photography accessories, musical instrument accessories and slings, straps and harnesses for warehouse workers.
Mr. Terry Jackson and Ms. Leslie Jackson, Owners of OP/TECH, said “It was an incredible experience to lead the growth of OP/TECH over the past three decades.
