Salt Creek Capital Acquires Carrie Amber Intimates

Woodside, California (December 16, 2024) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Eight One Int’l d/b/a Carrie Amber Intimates (“Carrie Amber”), a leading designer, manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of women’s intimate apparel to the off-price retail channel. Carrie Amber offers one of the largest collections of intimate apparel, shapewear, sleepwear, and activewear across demographics including the missy, junior, contemporary, maternity, and plus-sized markets.
Salt Creek Capital is excited to partner with Ms. Vinh Luong, CEO, who has been leading the business alongside her sister, May Luong, for nearly two decades.
