Woodside, California – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Infinity RRGB Ventures, Inc. ("Infinity" or the "Company"), the sole Canadian franchisee and operator of franchised Red Robin restaurants in British Columbia and the third largest franchisee in the Red Robin system. Headquartered in British Columbia, Infinity operates eleven Red Robin franchise locations strategically located in densely populated, high-traffic areas across the province.

 

Salt Creek Capital is excited to partner with Infinity's existing management team, including CEO Jamie Reeves, an experienced franchise operator, who will continue to lead the Company's day-to-day operations.
